How to place an order
All products presented on the site qlare.com are samples. To order a product based on a sample, select the appropriate product, add it to the cart, and follow the instructions on the screen. Please note that each order is individual, since it was made by hand only for your order.
Payment and delivery
Payment for the order is made by an invoice that is sent to you by email or by credit card's details. The payee and seller is Shvechkov Stanislav id 780614814844.
If your order includes a choice of colors or an individualized model, our service manager will contact you before the production of the product and agree on the necessary details. Delivery is provided by express carries. When placing an order, you must enter reliable and correct recipient data. When your order is finish, you get a tracking number that you can use to track your order. Express carrier is fully responsible for the delivery and safety of your order. From the moment the order is sent to the delivery company service and the shipment tracking is sent to you, our services are completed. At your request we may add insurance fee for delivery (in this case you should let us know then you order). You may be required to pay customs duties while receiving your order. You can check this with your country's customs and government authorities.
Return policy
Each product is individually tested and fully tested before shipment. Therefore, sending a defective product is 100% excluded. The product is not returned as each order is made by hand directly for your order and can not be used for sale to third parties.
