Recycling in eco design
one more issue how to reduce pollution by plastic bottles
Transformation to design: vases made of recycled plastic raw materials
Some numbers …
The problem. Some numbers.
More than 600 billion plastic bottles are produced every year. About 25% are not recycling. So, 150 billion plastic bottles may be used as a processed raw material for the production of flower vases.
New issue: transform to design
Even such a simple thing as a plastic bottle can be reused as an interior item for your home. For example, the design of the eco-friendly stand for the Eco Vase plant containers developed by me is perfectly complemented by the already used bottles of various colors.
That initiative can significantly reduce the pollution of the environment with plastic waste that is not recycled – one vase is made from more than 15 plastic bottles.
